These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of advertising and marketing services by EBAIA Limited to you. By engaging the services of EBAIA Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer digital marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to:

Campaign management on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

Ad creation and optimization

Performance reporting and analytics

The specific scope of services for each client will be detailed in a separate written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information and materials needed for the services.

Ensure that your advertising complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Respond promptly to requests for information and approvals.

4. Communication

We will primarily communicate via email.

A monthly check-in call may be arranged to review performance and align on goals.

5. Advertising Platforms and Third Parties

We use third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to run campaigns. We are not responsible for any platform outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by these platforms.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales or leads.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees and payment terms will be outlined in the custom agreement with each client.

All fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the services as per the custom agreement. Upon termination:

All platform access will be revoked.

Any outstanding payments remain due.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
